Jet Ski Agreement

1. Jet ski drivers will be taken from the port to the area where they will use the jet skis, strictly following the instructor’s directions.
2. Leaving the buoy-marked course is strictly prohibited.
3. Very important: always keep a safe distance of at least 50 meters from all other jet skis and boats.
4. An instructor will be watching you during your time on the jet ski and will be available for any questions you may have.
5. If you are confused or cannot control your jet ski, pull the “STOP” lanyard to shut off the engine and wait on the jet ski until someone comes to help you. Do not leave the watercraft at any time. Wave your arms to get the instructor’s attention.
6. Minors aged 16–17 will need a signed authorization from their parents or legal guardian to drive the jet ski.
7. Children under 16 must always be accompanied on the jet ski by an adult.
8. Before you start driving the jet ski, make sure you understand all these rules and how the jet ski works. Please ask if you have any questions.

CONTRACT TERMS

1. The user will read and follow the boating rules and regulations set out in this contract.
2. Any user who breaks any of the safety and boating rules set out in this contract will be liable to the Spanish authorities for civil liability. This contract will be cancelled immediately, with no right to claims or refunds. In addition, the instructor has the right to shut off the jet ski if the user does not follow the rules, with no right to a refund.
3. This activity is covered by civil liability and passenger insurance.
4. The user acknowledges that they are receiving the jet ski in perfect condition and undertakes to keep it that way, to operate it in accordance with this country’s boating laws, and to follow the rules of this contract.
5. South Olé (Emily Catherine Matthews) is not responsible for any physical injury that the user or any other person may suffer while using this service.

ACCIDENTS AND REPAIRS

In the event of an accident or breakdown due to the user’s negligence, the user must pay for the damage caused to the jet skis, in accordance with current prices, and complete the accident report with their personal information.
